1 FIFA777 General Terms of Use

2 FIFA777 Member Eligibility

• Has never had a FIFA777 account terminated previously for fraud or breach of terms.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each FIFA777 member is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on your ID (MyKad or passport)
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid Malaysian phone number
• Exact date of birth
• Bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

FIFA777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. All activity occurring under your account login is your responsibility.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

FIFA777 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing while an investigation is conducted if unusual activity or suspected fraud is detected on an account. Any taxes or fees charged by the bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the member.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

FIFA777 General Bonus Terms:

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on FIFA777 are subject to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under circumstances expressly specified by FIFA777
• FIFA777 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds being offered, or inaccurate match information
• For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, the bet will be considered void and the stake refunded
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to real-time market availability; FIFA777 is not liable for any technical disruptions that occur during live betting.

• Fifa777 reserves the right to limit bets or accounts where suspicious betting patterns are detected

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

FIFA777 is committed to providing a fair and safe betting environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Any attempt to use FIFA777 for unlawful activities, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: The use of bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to automate betting or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Any form of collusion between members to defraud the system or other members is strictly prohibited.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Members who become aware of a technical error or clearly incorrect odds are required to report it to FIFA777 and must not exploit it.
• Multiple Account Registration: Registering more than one account to obtain bonuses or circumvent limits is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any strategy specifically designed to exploit the FIFA777 bonus system without genuine betting intent is strictly prohibited.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the stipulated timeframe
• Fraudulent activity or suspected money laundering
• Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the FIFA777 support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed, or the bonus will be forfeited. Valid balances will be returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
